Try using different device fingerprints, good proxies, and avoid posting the same message too fast or too often. Warm up the accounts first and mix in some normal activity to look more natural.
 
Use better quality IP's they usually have a bigger threshold and stay within the limits and warm up your account
 
- Avoid commenting too frequently in a short period of time.
- Ensure your comments are diverse and natural; avoid 100% duplication.
- Avoid using words that Facebook may flag.
- Your account should have a profile picture, cover photo, and complete personal information.
- Join groups gradually — don’t join 20 groups at once.
- Use a different IP address or proxy for each account.
- Monitor any warnings or notifications from Facebook.

Rotate actions (don’t comment the same thing repeatedly).
Avoid links or repeated keywords that trigger filters.

When you join a group don't start commenting immediately, allow for like two weeks or so to avoid being flagged. and don't comment the same stuff accross mutiple groups to avoid be flagged as well

Bro, please interact with each other over time, your samp is very easy to be restricted by Meta and have your account locked.

To avoid being banned, you must comment naturally, avoid duplicate content, and comply with policies.

Just reduce the spam, make more human like engagements so the system doesn't mark you as a spammer/bot
 
don’t copy pasta same msg, spin it tight. keep intervals random, avoid links. proxy with zip match can do wonders too.
 
Spam too fast = instant ban. Warm up accounts, space out comments, avoid copy-paste, use variations, switch IP or use aged accounts. No method is 100% safe but this helps delay bans ;)
 
Try using support tools like tool, if the account is still banned, stop spamming, comment honestly.
