Hi there

I've made a video which is a deep analysis of popular broadcast television show in the UK for ITV.
Every-time I upload the video it is automatically removed for copyright and blocked in all countries.

The only way to bypass is an appeal and the company would not approve as I rip the show to shreds.
Any ideas I can follow to bypass this that won't hurt me down the line?

Thanks

Just an update:
So today I have attempted flipping the footage, boxing it.
I don't know what else I can do. Each time it's automatically picked up by something once it hits 100% upload.

Try and zoom in every 5 seconds ...
Look at this video 2 videos made by 2 different users.

zoom, spiral, flipping.

remember account needs to be over 3 years of age as well.

your get ban all the time but it a way to get huge traffic to a website to convert .

Lads thanks so much.
I edited it so much more with flips zooms and distored audio and it worked!
Legends!
Thanks

Great to hear that! Can I just have an example of original video and your edit? I would love to watch your video but if you don't feel like sharing (even in private), it's not a problem. I would just like to know what you did to the video, how you distorted audio and what is the final result (if it's acceptable/watchable or it's bad quality). Would be an awesome way to contribute back, thanks mate!

I would like to see it as well if posible. Thanks

As others have said,Add effects to the video.I have a few modules in C# i used back when i did mass video uploading

Curios how YouTube handles this:

In most jurisdictions analysis and criticism fall under "fair use" for copyright material.

Could you not just add a "fair use" disclaimer under the video and appeal?

Or does YouTube not recognize "fair use" of material over an objection by the copyright holder?

In my case i was ripping the tv show to shreds with comedy.
They suggested i send an appeal to the content id comany but if they rejected it i would get a strike.
It does fall under fair use through parody and commentary but the content id wouldnt give me a chance.
