Me too, I have used many methods including adspower to add proxy but still dead, what's wrong with my proxy? Is this a storm from Facebook?

There are many solution to change into a new device: VPS, virtual machine, antidetect browser
You need to integrate with a solution of change IP like: VPN, Dcom, SSH, Proxy
But the behavior is the main cause to be locked. Notice that you should act as real human, not bot
