How to automatically pre-fill out message text in Telegram?

Hi!

How can I set up our Telegram Bot (or normal Telegram account) so that if you click to write to it, it automatically fills out a custom text.

According to Google and ChatGPT, this can only be done via Deeplinks and bots and you need to host it yourself, which I want to avoid.
