You'll need to aquire a bot/software solution. Bhw has a hire a freelancer board. Or you can look for existing Twitter automation bots and see if they support this feature.with how frequent i see this type of spam I'm confident there's a free tool out there if you look hard enough.

when use twitter bot. You should be careful. If not there will be ip ban, you won't be able to create new twitter account in the future.

A lot depends on what you are trying to do.
1) Get first comment
2) spam the post with 100s of comments from 100s of accounts
3) just drop a realistic comment within a realistic amount of time
some things any general bot will do it, others may need a very specific custom bot, other task a simple human VA type thing can do.
Task / time / budget probably alters which is best for your needs
