How to auto post to Facebook?

I used to have google alerts set to auto post to twitter, then the app that this worked through stopped working. I was wondering if there is anything like this for facebook that currently works, and is free?

I know, but I will not be posting content from a wordpress blog. I want to post links to articles on other sites, pictures, etc, none of which will come from sites I own. Well, occasioanlly I will link to sites I own but I am not looking to just post my blog content to my facebook account. I want to build a niche specific facebook account and occasionally add my own links, but the majority of the time it will be other pictures, articles, etc from other sites.

It's a very good tool for all kinds of social netowrks like twitter, facebook or linkedin.

I just let it post a status update every hour. I think you can use RSS with it too.

There are several tools you can use for this. Social Oomph is good as mentioned above, there's also Hootsuite and if you just search around on Google you can find a lot of options
