Hi folks...My apologies for such a newbie question, but I've looked all around and just can't find the answer anywhere.

I am growing my Tumblr following with many reposts. I'd like to find a way to repost and AUTO-CAPTION with the same caption every time. The caption will be basic and just have my Tumblr account and a one liner about following. Just want it to be automatically in that caption box every time I click to reblog.

I am using XKit, but don't see any option to do this. For now, I'm just copy/pasting.

Any tips? Again...thank you and sorry. I'm sure the answer is simple and right under my nose.

I don't think tools and software can provide you advantages for this purpose.
You have to hire a freelancer at very fair price for getting good results and it'll be beneficial for you.

You can collect different captions according to the posts that you want to add on Tumblr.
Then, you can copy/paste on Tumblr for working efficiently. I think its the best way.

qplus works for reblogging. I've only done it from my dash which gives a lot of limitations to what you can set up with scheduling.

I'd recommend just doing it manually. I've yet to find a tool that can reliably work doing something like that.

My next recommendation is to use Greasemonkey. I'd imagine it'd be pretty simple to code- just have it auto populate your reblogs. I should spend more time with Greasemonkey- If I was better at it I'd just make it for you.

I was looking for the same thing one year ago... something to copy captions and tags when re-blogging tumblr. Please let me know if you find something.
