Hey I've been looking everywhere and I cant find any tutorials that teach you how to auto-generate reports and send them to you on a weekly basis
How to auto-generate and email reports on Google Webmaster Tools?

Pretty much the only thing you can do is enable notifications under the gear icon and selecting webmaster tools preferences. You will only get an email if something is wrong though.
To the best of my knowledge there is no feature in webmaster tools that allows for reporting like you talk about. There is however a feature like that in analytics.
