How to auto buy domain which is expiring?

There is one domain I like which is expiring soon and I am positive the old owner is inactive. How can I buy the domain name the moment it gets released? I want to front run all the domain hunters as I think it's value buy. Please give me advise.

Don't use dropcatch because the will set 301 the domain to their website and hold your domain for a few days. It makes domain you buy will lose power. I prefer namejet
