How to attach DLC to a PS4 account.

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this in, so I apologize in advance. I'm trying to get DLC I have attached to a PS4 account attached to a different account so I can share it with a friend without having to make his console my accounts home console. How could I go about doing this?
