How to ask for Support on Facebook

Hello community,
I am the only editor of a FB PAGE and the only Admin has closed his profile 2 years ago.
Is there any solution how to solve a problem with Page Roles on Facebook?
I tried with Facebook support but i got no answer.
Do you know any solution?

You need at least 1 Ad Account or a Business Page.
They probably won’t give you an Amin access without a notarized proof that you are the owner of the Page.
