How to artificially boost a YouTube channel for monetization?

Hello, friends, everyone! I would be very happy if you are all doing well.
I had an idea, namely to increase view hours and sell channels with monetization, but I ran into a problem. The software I bought for $200 is "very crooked" and cannot give me the required number of views quickly and without crashing the program. If you add the necessary consumables, it simply becomes unprofitable.

Cant you just make the types of videos you plan on making when you do get monetized? There is a saying, "don't put the cart before the horse". Its easier that way, then you won't have to tear through accounts, and have the opportunity to go organically viral with a well branded channel from day 1.
