How to aqcuire inactive instagram accounts?

Everyday I see Instagram accounts with AMAZING brandable usernames but inactive for years. Do anyone know how to get into these accounts?


NOTE: By no means am I trying to hack into active accounts of people that work hard for their following that is not the reason behind this post. I am interested in attaining accounts that are no longer in use.

If you have a trademark/company name/website/copyright with that username you can always email Instagram, and they might help you. Otherwise, you'd have to track down the original owner.

How do you track them when they do not have any contact information available?
