I know I'm (hopefully) years in front of myself, but I'd like to know what is the way to appraise the following domain:
Ranked #1 for multiple search terms of 30,000-200,000+ searches per month (non-US, mind you, so it's quite nice traffic), and pointed to custom made/run service that has, within the last couple months, generated like ?20,000+ and will most likely continue to do so in the future. But given the nature of the service, I don't really think that I can include it in the sale (like I could AdSense or similar ad platform), so how much of value do this type of earning carry?
It all can be proven by statistics, affiliate payment records and such, and also running GAnalytics for all the visitor statistics, but given that the buyer might not be able to just continue with it, how much less would the price be from your average "three months of revenue" be?
