How to appraise a site?

Especially if the site is new, how can you give it an accurate appraisal? For instance I started a new site and in the first month I had about 1500 visitors and generated a little under 50$ from ads. Second and third month were pretty much the same. Any Idea at what price I can value this site?

It's way too young to put a valuation on so really depends where you are trying to sell. Your best bet would be an auction with a low starting price - it's too small for a broker.

One month is too low to see the worth of a website . You could have $50 this month and less the other month. You need to work on it a little more and when you bring it at $200 per month you can easily sell it with 10x that revenue ,or more . Good luck!
