How to apply changes on all pages?

Hi, recently I just made some changes on my website design for example : header news, registration button and navigation side bar. But when i save it, the changes only apply on my homepage and not on all pages. Does anyone know how to fix this or is there any specific code i should use to apply it on all page? Thank in advance!

Maybe your website's caching or optimization plugin is preventing the changes from showing up on all pages, so you might need to clear your website's cache or disable the caching plugin.

No i didn't use any cache plugin.
