how to apply bingads coupons?

As we all know. Some coupon sellers have hundreds of Bingads coupons. they sell on Fiverr, Skype & many forums.
We already know the URL to apply for coupons. I have tried about 100 email addresses to apply those coupons in past few days.
Finally I only received 4 coupons from Microsoft.

we should do coupon generation instead of give money to coupon sellers everyday.

Can we discuss the techniques to generate coupons? Please add your technical comment in this thread.

Why should we do this? If some of us know how to do it correctly, we'll definitely want to keep it a secret so that it won't overused and nulled like Google Adwords! Nothing Personal...

Update: I used my own domain email to apply a coupon on 24th/Nov. Yesterday I got a thank you letter said the coupon is for new customer only, not for old customers. My email address is new and never registered at Microsoft. and Browser cookie was cleared.
I suspect they detect IP address. I will try today on many different IP addresses.
