Why is it not possible? How get my website into google news showing up? Does google "approve" showing any news stories you write, or must your news in a journalism format to get shown up in google news?

Approval firts through Google Publisher Center is not necessary nowadays? Do any news stories get into google news or only news who are in journalism format?

For me the priority is to Configure the sitemap for Google News

Google News uses a specific sitemap:

Create a Google sitemap
News (example with Rank Math or
Yoast)
It must only include recent articles (less than 48 hours).
 
If you want to show up on Google News, write original and timely news content, follow Google’s rules, and use proper article formatting. Ensure your site is fast, mobile-friendly, and secure (HTTPS). Submit your site through Google Publisher Center and build trust by getting backlinks from reputable sources.
 
Getting featured on Google News doesn’t have an exact method, but if your site is a news website or a blog that publishes content consistently, you’ll have a better chance of appearing.

In my case, something that helped a lot was using featured images in a 16:9 format.
 
But your news article must be written in journalism style?
