How can you be selected as provider on these part of the Google My Business? Detail of the result says that part isn't paid.

I think it has something to do with listing your activity in sites like tripadvisor, getyourguide, expedia, klook, etc. that has an integration with Google's Things to do API.

Those 'Experiences' in GMB are pulled from third-party booking platforms like Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, etc. You’ll need to list your tours on those platforms - Google automatically displays them if they meet criteria and location relevance.

You are correct; the "Experiences/Things to Do" section is typically an unpaid placement driven by Google's ecosystem partnerships, not direct SEO.

To appear there, you must integrate with one of Google's designated booking partners (e.g., Viator, GetYourGuide, or specific POS/booking software that feeds data to Google). Your GBP listing must be fully verified and use appropriate Schema Markup (like LocalBusiness and Event or Product) to clearly define your offerings. Google aggregates this structured, transactional data from these trusted sources to display the "Experiences" badge.
