How to analyze which backlink is spammy or not?

Hi Guys,
Before I use Google?s Disavow Links Tool for some of my sites make wipe out and start fresh I want to ask you if you know any software/service to analyze backlinks for PR or validity to decide which are spammy which are useful.

You can use majestic SEO and then you will nee go go each of them for better verification, you can't depend all on tools
majestic SEO have features which other seo tools does not have

if you know any software/service to analyze backlinks

There is site linkquidator I just found it myself and testing, they have free trial for 1000 links. So if you'll try share your experience here.
