How to age whatsapp account correctly

Warmup your number by send chat to your other numbers. Per sender with warmup method i can send to 700-1000 target .

NOWADAYS, warming up a WhatsApp account does not mean anything at all whatsoever (those days are gone).
A WhatsApp account gets suspended automatically (nowadays), if even a few people report it for spamming. And nowadays, such suspensions by WhatsApp, are permanent.

in what amount of whatsapp accounts ? i once can also send such amount, but for now the whatsapp account will be banned so soon.

Currently, I only send max. 1000 messages per day per sender
Besides Number Warmup, also use Ghost Spintax and Friendly Chat when doing the Blast process

you gotta receive a lot of messages and add contacts to warmup
*method 1*
-> post a normally expensive pet as a donation on fb marketplace and put your number there
-> set an autoresponse saying that the person should add your contact and ask about it in a few days cause your picking the person or something
*method 2*
-> set a girl as your pfp and add a girl name
-> enter in whatsapp dating groups, send the picture and present your self as the girl
-> when they message you ask for their name to add their contact and send your nickname for them to add you back
