I actually have full access to Ahrefs, but that's because I really need it on a daily basis for our business. It is a bit pricey, but you have an option to split the cost between more people, as recommended above, and that solution seems pretty fine to me. Another alternative is to always make new profiles and change emails, but that's exhausting really, and doesn't have too much sense.
