Find related subreddits and post there. Keep in mind that if you just post your advertisement you will be banned for spamming from most subreddits. What you can do is post like if you're a random person that found the service and liked it or post a question with one account and reply with another suggesting your service.

That's basically it, but the difficult part is making sure your comment doesn't get removed and your account banned.
