how to advertise JUST on bing only?

I set up a campaign with bing ads and noticed in my website traffic that I'm getting visitors from http://mobsearch.adk-mobile.com/ and allanswers.com . How do i set it up in settings that I only get traffic strictly from Bing search & yahoo and not their partners? I couldn't find it anywhere in settings.

Ad Groups- Edit-Other Changes.
