How to add +x Reputation to a member ?

I see many member saying "+x Rep to you" I can't find an option to do it.

Top right of the post, green button next to the red report one.

Yes but there's only a place to put a comment, maybe i am blind but i don't see how to add anything higher then +1 Rep.

when you will be a older member of this forum, and have some more rep... Your rep power will increase.

I think you need 50 or 100 posts to be able to add rep
