how to add video on viewsfreak

I recently joined viewsfreak, a newish website where you can get free youtube views, anyway I have no idea how to get my video on there, if i go to "video management" and put my link it says "video must be 11 characters long" and "you have no videos in the system" I don't even know how to get my videos on the system, please help
