How to add url tag in blogger

Hi guys,
Just a quick question.
How do I add url tags in blogger? Something like name.blogger.com/tag/red and name.blogger.com/tag/blue etc.
So, if you click "red" then you'd get a list a all blog posts that have the tag "red". And the same goes for blue and many other.

As far I understand your writing. For setting tag you should click on the level.

It's better to use WordPress when you need custom things, for tagging their is a way to do and did you seen in blog post about adding tags.
Tags are customized automatically according to related tags, I think their might be a plugin that will show related tags and posts when it clicked on certain tag.

there is no such thing in blogger, in blogger tag known as label.
