How to add three dots in Google search?

Hello, so in search results, some domains have three dots and when you click then pops up info about that domain,

How can I add it for my websites, I think that will surely increase my SEO.

I suspect they appear for sites in YMYL space only

If your webpage is cached on Google, then those three dot appear. There is nothing you can do to add it manually.

this seems to be new feature they have been testing for quite sometime. most of search term I tried had that ... thing. then I remembered an article seroundtable

If your site is indexed in Google the three dots you are talking about will be there. It's a feature in Google so every indexed site will have that.

Everyone has those 3 dots now, but not everyone has a summary of the site. I'm not sure where that comes from is it wikipedia?

I also looked at my own site. It just says that my site was registered 10 years ago.
