Hello!

How to add the "United States" above YT title shown in the picture? I know you can do that with hashtags, but this guys isn't using hashtags in description.

add in description hastags , first 3 hastags will be put up there.

don't do it and don't use Hashtags either because it will take viewers away from your channel and stop your
viewing session.

only mobile upload will set the location in such way

You can tag a location in YouTube Studio Beta. Go to videos > click on video > details page > advanced tab > video location.

yes i can confirm that's working now on YouTube Studio beta and with all kind of uploads (mobile and desktop) and also with any type of visability (private, unlisted and public), thanks!

It wouldnt bring views to your video but would just let Youtube determine where the video is targeted.

place the location on each video and you will see the country everytime you go to each video
