Whenever I look at products on HP.com or other shopping sites, I'm always amazed by a little window that completely bypasses adblock+ and asks if I want to chat with someone from the site for product information. I'm positive this could be a great way to close some additional sales.
Any software like this available? It'd be awesome if I could somehow forward responses to text messages so I could present a "live staff" image. I thought about outsourcing this, but until I know if it works and how it should work I don't want to give it to some guy in India to screw up.
