How to add share counter to our website

Could anyone tell me a way to add share counter to our website ( if possible a free way).


I have seen on some websites, which force you to share the website to a certain number of people to unlock a content, so could anyone tell me how I can add this to my site

Content Locker Pro
OnePress Social Locker

There is more, but this should do the job.
