Does anyone know how to add these "relevant searches" tabs on a website?

You can usually see this with namecheap/godaddy parked domains.

Do you mean how to make a webpage that looks like that (they are just simple styled buttons), or how to get ads like that on your site?
You need to apply to a domain parking then when you point your domain details to the parked service they appear.

you could just null one of those landing pages and add your own links to the styled buttons or are you looking for a script/template that will auto generate the results and the links ?
