How to add moving watermark?

Hi,I want to add to video or remove from video moving watermark,its easy to add watermark that moves slowly up or down,left or right with a simple programs,but how do you add or edit the one thats already moving here and there,not just one side? Sitting here breaking my head reading and cant come up with anything on google its annoying.

Open it in Photoshop. It is a PSD or is it a GIF? We dont even know what software you are using, that is why you have no replies. Im only replying because im bored.

I dont care either its paint or photoshop,just need to get it done.Why do you ask if its PSD or GIF? I clearly Said VIDEO,do you know what most common video formats are? You mention gif???? Jee..

After effects.

Point-follow the existing watermark with your watermark over it, it's mostly automatic.

You can't remove it, just cover it.

Adobe After Effects. It's very easy.
