how to add mail subscribe?

I have small classifieds website and want for people to be able to subscribe so they can receive new ads like once a day in mail. How does that go? Do I need to have some mail service like sendgrind?

Subscribe with mailchimp/sendgrid > install mailchimp subs form plugin with wp site (if you use wordpress) > whenever customer optin for subscriptions (email data will be stores) > send promotion mails through the list (mail chimp free plan - 2k subscribers and can send 12k emails/month)

is sendgrind same as aweber?
 
The difference is that AWeber is a marketing email solution provider while SendGrid is a transactional email solution provider.
Go with Sendgrid or mailchimp for better and cheaper.
 
Go for Mailchimp as they have better designs in terms of sending html campaigns. Though you can create your own and send using bulk mailers, but for beginner like you, I would go for Mailchimp.
 
I would like to second Mailchimp, but also add the important info that it's free up to 2000 subscribers and 12k emails/mo. Quite a nice start, and it scales affordably too. I do not recommend aweber simply from ease of use, and lack of integrations.
 
You should try mailchimp. They are free up to 2000 subscribers. And a lot plugin support mailchimp.
