That provides the same functionality as the "attach image" function outlined in the opening post of this thread. The question asked above relates to signatures where you can't upload images via the insert image function at this time.

You can embed an image using this button.
As for attaching images, ise the "attach files" button.

I checked your account and you can insert an image in a conversation.
