How do I exactly add an iframe of my website to my facebook page?

I know I have to create a app for FB then add it onto my Page.

The problem is when I try to create the app, it gives me the error

405 - HTTP verb used to access this page is not allowed.

The page you are looking for cannot be displayed because an invalid method (HTTP verb) was used to attempt access.

When dealing with anything fb related, a 405 error like that usually means you are trying to POST to a URL that is referencing a static file. On Apache you would normally just rename your index.html file to index.php, but by the looks of that error you are running IIS so I think you need to go with a index.aspx.
