how to add .html header image to wordpress? Please help!!

Hello,

I created a header image using Photoshop, and added some links on image. So, image saved as .html file!

Now, I already uploaded this .html extension image to my wordpress theme. However, I have no idea of where I should put this image to replace the current one??

The image is now located at http://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/header-images.html

So, anyone can tell me where I should insert this url to show the new header image??

Any help would be appreciated!

It's hard to say without knowing what theme you are using. If there is a header image already there, you can try replacing that image with the one that you created by saving it the same name and type that the original heading image is.

I use this wordpress theme:

I know where to put image file, .png, .jpeg, .gif to replace header image.

but what about .html? where should I insert http://mysite.com/header-image.html
to add my new image??

Go to design, then finder header.php, and replace it all with your code from the header-image.html file. Chances are it will mess up the layout, but might give u an idea of what to do next. If images don't load check the path. If there are lots, it might be easier to save your file as header-image.php and add it as an include in the normal header.php file (deleting what's there already)

Yeah, thanks for reply, and I did the same as you told. but the whole layout totally mess up, it appeared a correct image table, but nothing loaded!
