I am using a simple wordpress theme and want to add header banner in it. Please help me in this, how to add banner on the right top side of header with clickable url.

find the widget or the part in the theme that corresponds to that position.

I have tried it but unable to find can you suggest me to add image in top right corner in header of any theme where to look for code of that position.

If your new to things, you shouldn't go messing about in code. Change your theme. There are plenty out there that have this location in the theme, so you don't have to go messing with any files.
