How to add comments manually on websites with hidden comments on homepage?

I am new to backlinking. Can anyone help me or explain how to post a comment on a website with hidden comments? I can change the visibility of comments and the form, post comment but it is not added to comments list, going to moderation. What is a trick here to avoid moderation? Taking into account spam comments posted there they are somehow avoiding moderation and are done by automated software. Any way to do this manually? site ticket-es and Example form
