How to add a sign up box under posts in blogger ??

so i think all is explained in the titles i want to add a sign up box under my posts , i'v been looking a while and found something called magic box pro but it's only available in wordpress, and i also want to integrate my sign up box with mailchimp since i don't like feedburner
