@1silent here is how you do it
- Go here https://www.youtube.com/my_videos?o=U (make sure you have already logged in to your channel of course)

on one of your video, just click edit.
Click on Cards. You can put up to 5 cards each video, in which, these cards have the option to subcribe to your channel, promote another videos, poll on that certain video or even link to another external website (if approved).- I let it all to your decision to try and error, bro. learn it, and you'll understand yourself. Any question just tag me (I hope I can answer, though).

This is not cards, it's called call to action overlay. You can do it from adwords.

hmm, maybe, lol, but i think, if what he wants is just to get more subs, the end screen annotation is better bro
