I gave a 2-star review to a restaurant, and the owner/marketer posted a response that clearly proves he didn't care to even read the review; just gave a propaganda-ish response to it, as if to say "this person is unreasonable, ignore him, we're a good restaurant", which they are, sort of, except for the very specific points I made in my review, which the owner completely ignored.Meaning he still doesn't "get the message". At first I was doing him a favor, in the sort of spirit of "here's a helpful hint to improve your business's service", but now I don't feel "helpful" at all. I feel like using the owner's response as evidence to a larger problem, which is that he seems to listen to the sound of his own voice talking, and not the words clearly typed spelling out exactly what is wrong with his business. But I can't find a way to post a 2nd review. Google keeps wanting me to "edit" my 1st review. I can always switch accounts, but don't want to, as it will destroy the credibility of the 1st review, i.e. "I've created another account to respond to your response to my 1st review." which makes it look like the 1st review was fake. It wasn't. I put a lot of effort and time into going to a highly mediocre restaurant and it really irks me that even after I went the extra distance (first to go there, 2nd to pay for the meal, and then finally to post a review) the owner STILL doesn't get it.I'm a bit fired-up, as you can probably tell. I want to post a 2nd review in response to the owner's flat response that (still) failed to take into account the guy that actually PAID MONEY to be there (vs. getting paid to not pay attention to his customers. Can a 2nd Google Places/Maps review be done?

How much money is this making you? Seems a waste of time just to get your point across. If the business isn't any good I am sure they will get more neg reviews soon. Or do you just like to complain?

Why not just post in Yelp or TripAdvisor, or some other review site?
