Step 1: Write to Facebook support
Step 2: wait for them to get back.
Step 3: if they diable your account by mistake, they'll get back to you pretty fast (within 2-3 days, max) and reactivate it.
If you have done something against their ad policy, forget about getting your ad account back. Go get a new one.
