How to activate accouts automatically

Guys I have a question:

I want to use Digixmas to submit my site to directories. However it's a pain to activate the submissions on my email one by one.

Is there any automatic tool for email activation?

I have scrapeboard and it has an activation tool for the accounts creation. Can I use is for the directories? If so, how do I do it?

Depends on what type of email accounts you are using. Look in the download section, pretty sure I have seen some stand alone email bots there. If not I bet you can find one on the ubot site.

Are you looking to activate all in one email account (if you use a catchall type setup) or across multiple accounts?

just one account email account receives all the activation links.
I want something that clicks open the email and click on the activation link
