Return on Investment.
For example, if you spend $100 on ads to promote an affiliate offer and you get $150 back then your ROI is 150%.

^^^ in this case your ROI would be 50% as you only made a net of 50% of your original investment.
ROI = ((Revenue - Spend) / Spend) x 100
