How to achieve better Facebook Conversion tracking accuracy?

What is the best approach to achieve better Facebook tracking. Using the shopify facebook integration currently but facebook only reflects about 60% of the sales.

I heared that with using offline conversion this issue can be mitigated to get an reporting closer to 100%.

My question now is how can we make sure that nothing is overattributed, how can we ensure that facebook deduplicates always correctly?
