How to access us paypal from different country????

i want to access this us paypal but im from different country i don't want to travel to that country anyway im thinking of using a proxy but im not sure if it is gonna work out! Paypal might detect im using a proxy. anyone here know how to do it? could you help this dude? if you think the answer of this post is so controversial.. please pm me how don't post it here.

Get a windows vps server u will be safe , I did that while I was traveling some country

I will do it once in disame country.
ex. i go to site like hidemyass and login on us paypal using us proxy they provide.

is that possible?

Use Private proxy that will be better

Anyhow in my country Paypal is not supported and still i am using it from last 2 years

With just public proxies

VPN service. Always connect via the same VPN. Google VPN services

Use Private Proxies or a VPN.
A VPN would work better IMO

i found their is cheap private proxies but i only use it once and just about a minute..
do anyone know where to get 1 private proxy for free?

I think search in SE's here you can find out lots of free private proxy site or cheap private proxy site .
