how to access instagram on pc?

I am wondering if there is a way to use instagram on pc so i can upload images/like and comment on images,

Yes, look into downloading Blue Stacks, this will mimic the Android OS, you can then download Instagram within Blue Stacks

However I'm not sure how the uploading of images works but I don't think it should be a problem

another app, a file manager needs to be installed via bluestacks as well, step by step guides are available after a short Google search

There are a few not really great ways of posting but they work, just check the posts above for that. As for liking, commenting following there are quite a lot of bots for that, my guess is that you will have to combine the two for all you need.

If you have the budget then there are web services out there that can schedule and upload your IG pics.

A simple google search would give you a few of them

If you know a bit of PHP, theres some pretty awesome code out there for uploading photos to Instagram from your PC.. I can't post links but just google "How to post pictures to instagram using API" and it's the stackoverflow link. As far as liking/commenting goes, that's pretty easy using the IG API also (like i said, if you know PHP).

For easy liking/commenting, just use iconosquare?

If your system is win8 or win8.1, use 'instapic' from market. You can upload images/like and comment on images.

If you can program just do a search for:

[language of choice] instagram api

then should be simple to put something automated together

With insta new restriction on apps, he wouldn't be able to automate following or liking with api until instagram approves him (don't see any reason why insta would). There is igerslike, its paid web service, but it ease the posting pics, liking, following etc from browser/pc. You can use multiple accounts with proxies with it.
