LinkedIn restricted my account and won't let me download that articles

is there any way to access articles?

is there any cached version of that article??

Go to the address bar of your browser and type "cache:" before the "https://"

Check out google cache while browsing the SERPs or use the waybackmachine,
If it has been there for a good while, you'll have a better chance to catching it
