First apply to some CPA Networks that you would not care about being not accept at.
then you can experience the process once. After this you can nail it with Peerfly.
Try to use the same IP address as the country you put on the application form. That always helps.
It helps to have a website or two.
Most importantly, if you say you are going to drive traffic via Paid traffic they will take you much more seriously.

Before getting approved to such networks, you should already had an experience in other networks. You need to show them & prove it also. So start with some smaller fishes out there and then move to bigger players.
